These terms and conditions govern the use of the online medical appointment booking service offered through this platform.
The platform allows users to book appointments with healthcare practitioners remotely. The consultation will take place by video call on the date and at the time selected.
Users undertake to provide true and complete information in the booking form. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and a device with a working camera and microphone.
After completing the booking process and, where applicable, making the corresponding payment, the user will receive a confirmation email with the appointment details and the link to join the video call.
The price of the consultation is shown to the user in advance. Payment is made through the secure Stripe payment gateway. If a promo code is applied, the discount will be shown before the payment is confirmed.
The platform acts as a technology intermediary between the patient and the healthcare practitioner. It is not responsible for the medical content of the consultations or for the diagnoses made by the practitioners.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Users will be notified of any amendments, which will take effect from their publication.
